These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Frontier membership program ("Service"), operated by GMZ Investments LLC, a Delaware limited liability company located at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713 ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By purchasing a membership or accessing any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Frontier is an annual membership program that provides educational resources, guides, templates, community access, and general guidance related to US LLC formation, tax structuring, banking, credit building, and tax residency optimization for international digital entrepreneurs.

The Service includes access to digital resources, an AI assistant ("Frontier Butler"), community channels on Discord, group Q&A calls, a one-time onboarding session, and in-person events when available.

The information, resources, and guidance provided through Frontier are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in this Service constitutes legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or professional consulting of any kind.

We strongly encourage you to seek independent professional advice before acting on any information provided through the Service.

The Company, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any actions you take or fail to take based on the information provided through the Service.

No Guarantees of Outcomes

We do not guarantee any specific tax savings, financial outcomes, credit approvals, bank account openings, visa approvals, residency grants, or any other results. Savings figures, examples, and projections mentioned in our materials are estimates based on general scenarios and may not reflect your individual situation. Actual results vary depending on your country of residence, tax treaties, income levels, personal circumstances, and other factors outside our control.

AI Assistant Disclaimer

The Frontier Butler AI assistant is an automated tool that provides responses based on pre-loaded educational content. It is not a licensed professional and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. You should independently verify any information provided by the AI assistant and should not rely on it as a substitute for professional advice.

3. Membership and Payment

Pricing

Frontier memberships are billed annually. The price at the time of your purchase is locked in for the duration of your membership, including renewals. Prices increase periodically as enrollment grows.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Automatic Renewal

Your membership renews automatically each year at your locked-in price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder before each renewal.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 60 days, contact us for a full refund. After the 60-day period, all payments are non-refundable. Refunds are not available for renewal payments.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, guides, branding, course materials, AI models, and other intellectual property provided through the Service are owned by GMZ Investments LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your own business purposes only.

7. Community and Events

Access to Discord community channels is granted upon active membership and revoked upon cancellation or payment failure. Frontier Events are organized at the Company's discretion and are not guaranteed as part of the membership. Event attendance may require separate registration and may involve additional costs (travel, accommodation, etc.) borne by the member.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GMZ Investments LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent annual membership fee.

You expressly acknowledge that the Company is not liable for any decisions you make regarding LLC formation, tax structuring, banking, credit applications, residency changes, or any other financial or legal matters, whether or not such decisions were informed by information obtained through the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GMZ Investments LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

10. Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active members of material changes via email or through the community channels. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
